No. There are certain cars made LHD that companies deem unnecessary to make in RHD format for the number of vehicles they’d sell such as Renault presently don’t do a Talisman in either body shape or Espace in RHD.
Yes Ford South Africa did the Ford Bantam (a S.A. version of the Brazilian Ford Courier pickup) which is RHD but not compliant to E.U. standards.
Granted we can privately import any of these vehicles to the U.K. privately and getting a single car registration passed for the Ford Bantam or registering anything LHD wouldn’t be hard at all.

The Fiat Strada were sold in Norway up until a few years ago too, probably the most common Fiat you’ll see (that’s not a van).
